SENSORY-MOTOR GROUP Led by Kelly McDonald โ M.S. in Occupational Therapy | 20 Years of Experience Our Sensory Motor Group is designed to support school-aged children in developing the self-regulation, motor, and emotional tools they need to succeed in daily routinesโat home, in school, and with peers. Led by a licensed pediatric occupational therapist, this small group focuses on: ๐ Sensory processing and body awareness ๐ Emotional regulation and coping strategies ๐ Fine motor and coordination skills ๐ Attention, task completion, and transitions ๐ Social connection and flexible thinking ๐ Building confidence through movement and play Each session includes structured activities, sensory-motor games, mindfulness tools, and social opportunities to help kids understand their bodies, manage big feelings, and connect with others in positive ways. Perfect for children who need support with sensory processing, emotional regulation, or executive functioningโin a supportive and fun environment that meets them where they are. โ This class meets once a week for 4 consecutive weeks. ๐ First-time families may try one introductory class for $25. If you and your child find it to be a good fit, we encourage you to register for additional classes. These sessions build on each other to offer maximum benefit through consistent participation.

Cancellation Policy
FUNdamentals Cancellation & Payment Policy REGISTRATION: To help us provide the best experience for your child, advance registration is required at least 24 hours before the session. This ensures our staff is fully prepared and that all participants have the necessary materials and support. If you experience any issues booking online, please call us at 401-206-4030 โ weโre happy to help! PAYMENT: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your childโs spot. Registrations without payment will not be held. LATE PICK-UP FEES: To respect the time and responsibilities of our staff, a late pick-up fee will apply if your child is not picked up on time. A $5 fee per child will be charged immediately after the scheduled pick-up time. An additional $10 will be charged for every 15 minutes thereafter. If payment cannot be made at the time of pick-up, a digital invoice will be sent. Repeated late pick-ups may result in cancellation of your childโs enrollment without a refund for unused sessions. LATE PAYMENTS: If a payment becomes overdue: A $10 late fee will be added after 7 days. After 14 days, any upcoming sessions will be canceled and no refund or credit will be given for missed or canceled sessions. If payment is still not received after two reminders, the balance may be referred to a collection agency for recovery. Additional fees may apply. ABSENCES & ILLNESS: We appreciate you keeping your child home when they are sick to help protect our community. Missed sessions due to illness or other absences are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a child becomes ill during a session, caregivers will be contacted for immediate pick-up. CANCELLATIONS & FACILITY CLOSURES: FUNdamentals reserves the right to cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances, including inclement weather or other emergencies. In the event FUNdamentals cancels a session, families may choose a full refund or reschedule to an alternate date if available. REFUNDS: All sessions and services are non-refundable unless canceled by FUNdamentals. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
