Children and adults are required to remove shoes before entering our play space.

Socks are required at all times for safety and sanitary purposes. Socks can be purchased for $3.00.

Can I bring food and drink?

To keep our play spaces clean, we ask that all food and beverage be consumed in our lobby space with the exception of bottle/breast fed infants and water. We are also a peanut-free facility.

Can I drop my child off and leave?

OPEN PLAY: No, we do not allow children to be dropped off. They must be supervised by a responsible caregiver at all times.

SMALL GROUPS: No, we ask that caregivers remain onsite while their child(ren) attend classes. We have a lobby space available with seating.

Who needs to sign a waiver?

All guests (children and adults) must have a completed and signed waiver for insurance purposes. The waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian. It can be filled out either ahead of time online (see link below) or in person.

Access our waiver here.

Do you accept health insurance for educational groups?

Educational groups will not be submitted through health insurance companies, nor will subsidies be accepted. A receipt of services can be provided to allow caregivers the option to independently submit for health insurance reimbursement, if they so choose.
