OT Group: Regulation, Sensory & Motor Skills Led by Kelly McDonald, M.S., OTR/L | Pediatric Occupational Therapist | 20+ Years of Experience Our OT Group helps children build the skills they use every day through purposeful movement, hands-on activities, games, and play in a supportive small-group setting. Each session may focus on: 🌟 Regulation & emotional awareness 🌟 Sensory processing & body awareness 🌟 Fine motor & handwriting skills 🌟 Gross motor skills, balance & coordination 🌟 Attention, flexibility & following directions 🌟 Social-emotional skills & peer interaction Activities are thoughtfully adapted to meet the needs of the children in the group while building confidence, independence, and everyday skills. Enrollment: Children attend once per week. Monthly tuition secures your child’s ongoing spot in the group and is automatically billed to the payment method on file at the beginning of each month. Enrollment continues until canceled, so there is no need to re-register each month. Requirements: Advance enrollment • Signed waiver • Socks required

Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT: Monthly tuition is $160 ($40/class) and reserves your child’s spot in the same weekly group. MONTHLY ENROLLMENT: The first payment is charged at checkout. Future payments are automatically charged to the card on file on the 1st of each month. Enrollment continues until canceled; no monthly re-registration is needed. MID-MONTH ENROLLMENT: Families may join when space allows. The full $160 is charged at checkout. A $40 refund will be issued for each scheduled class that occurred before your child’s confirmed start date. 5-CLASS MONTHS: Tuition remains $160 when five classes fall within a month. There is no additional charge for the fifth class. CANCELLATION: Contact FUNdamentals before the 1st of the month to avoid the next charge. Your child may attend through the paid month; their spot will then be released. ATTENDANCE: Enrollment includes one make-up per month with at least 24 hours’ notice, when space allows. Contact us to arrange it. Missed classes do not reduce tuition. Late cancellations/no-shows receive no make-up, refund, or credit. FUNdamentals CLOSURES: If FUNdamentals cancels a scheduled class, a $40 refund will be issued. CARD ON FILE: A valid payment method is required. Families authorize charges for recurring tuition, scheduled services, outstanding balances, and applicable fees. LATE/RETURNED PAYMENTS: Unpaid balances incur a $10 late fee after 7 days. After 14 days, services may be suspended and balances may be referred to collections. A $25 returned-payment fee may apply. LATE PICKUP: $5 per child immediately after pickup time, plus $10 per additional 15 minutes. Repeated late pickups may result in cancellation of services. ILLNESS: Please keep sick children home. If a child becomes ill during class, prompt pickup may be required. Make-ups follow the attendance policy. SAFETY: FUNdamentals may end a session, require pickup, or discontinue services for safety concerns. No refund or credit will be provided. REFUNDS: Fees are non-refundable once billed except for mid-month adjustments, FUNdamentals cancellations, or stated service exceptions. AGREEMENT: Registration or participation indicates agreement to this policy and applicable service terms.
