In Seed-to-Sprout Coding with Dash Robots, students in grades K–8 explore the basics of computer programming through interactive play using Dash robots from Wonder Workshop. Each participant works directly with a robot and tablet, learning to code through visual, block-based programs that make complex ideas feel simple and fun. By snapping commands together, children bring their robots to life—making them move, dance, navigate obstacles, and even respond to sounds and voices. This engaging STEM experience builds essential skills such as: 1. Sequencing & Loops – putting steps in the right order to achieve a goal 2. Debugging – problem-solving by finding and fixing mistakes 3. Variables & Conditionals – exploring more advanced logic and decision-making Perfect for beginners and curious coders alike, this program blends creativity, critical thinking, and technology in a playful, supportive environment.
