Celebrate your child's birthday at Fundamentals! Each party package includes private use of our entire play space for 2 hours. Our team offers a stress-free way to create lasting memories. Let us make your child's special day unforgettable! Schedule now! *Fundamentals, LLC staff does not provide supervision, or instruction during private parties. Only when booking the Deluxe party package will staff prepare theme based activities. STANDARD $399 - 2 hours for up to 15 children (additional $10 each, max 20) - Private use of entire play space - 1 free Open Play pass for the birthday child *Party host provides table cloth, napkins, plates, cups, utensils, and food/drink STANDARD PLUS $499 - 2 hours for up to 15 children (additional $10 each, max 20) - Private use of entire play space - 1 free Open Play pass for the birthday child - Snacks, water, juice boxes provided - Table cloth, napkins, plates, cups and utensils provided DELUXE $650 - 2 hours for up to 15 children (additional $10 each, max 20) - Private use of entire play space - 1 free Open Play pass for the birthday child - Themed based activities provided by Fundamentals staff - Pizza, snacks, water, juice boxes provided - Party favor goodie bag for each child provided - Table cloth, napkins, plates, cups and utensils provided -------------------------------------------------------- $75 non-refundable deposit due upon booking to hold the date. Remainder balance is due 1 week prior to the party date. Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance. A valid credit card must be kept on file and will be used for any incidentals. All parties will begin and end on time. 2 hours total Hosts may arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the party. Glitter, confetti or silly string is not allowed. Outside food is permitted. No kitchen on site. We are a PEANUT FREE facility. Socks are required for ALL attendees (children & adults).

Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY - FUNdamentals, LLC WAIVER ACKNOWLEDGMENT Completion of the party booking form includes acknowledgment of our standard waiver. No party date is confirmed without this step. PAYMENT TERMS - A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and must be paid online to secure your party date. - The remaining balance is due in full no later than one week prior to the scheduled event. - Failure to pay the balance by this deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases. LATE PAYMENTS - Payments made after the deadline but prior to cancellation will incur a 5% late fee, added to the total balance. - Grace Period: If the party host contacts and receives confirmation from a staff member before the payment deadline to request an exception, one may be granted. In such cases: - The full balance (plus any applicable late fees) must be paid in full prior to the start of the event. - This courtesy is at staff discretion and is not guaranteed without confirmed communication. CREDIT CARD ON FILE A valid credit card must be kept on file. It may be charged for any of the following: - Excessive cleaning - Property damage - Additional guests beyond the agreed maximum - Unpaid balances or fees CHARGEBACKS & RETRACTED PAYMENTS Canceled, reversed, or disputed payments (including chargebacks) will be treated as non-payment. The party reservation may be canceled, and the host will be held responsible for any resulting fees or losses incurred by FUNdamentals, LLC. CANCELLATIONS & FACILITY CLOSURES - Client Cancellations: You may cancel your party up to one week prior to the event. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. - FUNdamentals Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a party at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will provide at least three business days' notice and offer either: - A full refund, or - The option to reschedule your event.
