Celebrate your child's birthday at Fundamentals! Each party package includes private use of our entire play space for 2 hours. Our team offers a stress-free way to create lasting memories. Let us make your child's special day unforgettable! Schedule now! *Fundamentals, LLC staff does not provide supervision, or instruction during private parties. Only when booking the Deluxe party package will staff prepare theme based structured activities. **Upon booking a party, a signed waiver must be completed by the party host. The party date and time will not be confirmed until a completed waiver is received. Private Party Waiver: https://forms.wix.com/r/7203443043213509328 STANDARD $399 - 2 hours for up to 15 children (additional $10 each, max 20) - Private use of entire play space - 1 free Open Play pass for the birthday child *Party host provides table cloth, napkins, plates, cups, utensils, and food/drink STANDARD PLUS $499 - 2 hours for up to 15 children (additional $10 each, max 20) - Private use of entire play space - 1 free Open Play pass for the birthday child - Popcorn, water, juice boxes provided - Table cloth, napkins, plates, cups and utensils provided DELUXE $650 - 2 hours for up to 15 children (additional $10 each, max 20) - Private use of entire play space - 1 free Open Play pass for the birthday child - Themed based activities provided by Fundamentals staff - Pizza, popcorn, water, juice boxes provided - Party favor goodie bag for each child provided - Table cloth, napkins, plates, cups and utensils provided -------------------------------------------------------- $75 non-refundable deposit due upon booking to hold the date. Remainder balance is due 24 hours prior to the party date. Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance. All parties will begin and end on time. 2 hours total - 1.5 hrs for play - 0.5 hr for cake Hosts may arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of the party. Glitter, confetti or silly string is not allowed. Outside food is permitted. No kitchen on site. We are a PEANUT FREE facility. Socks are required for ALL attendees (children & adults).

Cancellation Policy
BOOKING WAIVER: Upon booking a party, a signed waiver must be completed by the party host. The party date and time will not be confirmed until a completed waiver is received. FUNdamentals, LLC will send you a direct link to the waiver via email after booking your event. You can also access the waiver here: https://forms.wix.com/r/7203443043213509328 PAYMENT: $75 non-refundable deposit due upon booking - paid online Remainder balance is due 24 hours prior to the party date LATE PAYMENTS: If fees are not received within 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the party, a fee of $25 will be added and an additional request will be sent. If fees are not paid __ days from the original request for payment, you forfeit the scheduled party date and no refunds or credits of previous payments will be offered. Should you fail to make payment after a service has been provided, you will be sent two payment reminders. Failure to make payment after this will result in the case being sent to a debt collection agency on our behalf and further charges will be added. CANCELLATIONS & FACILITY CLOSURES: Cancellations by party host may be made up to one week prior to the schedule party date. All deposits are non-refundable. FUNdamentals, LLC reserves the right to cancel a party at any time due to unexpected circumstances. The decision to cancel a party will be made at least three business days prior to the start date. If a party is canceled by FUNdamentals LLC, a full refund will be given, or a second time and date will be offered.
