Service Description
Bring your little ones to Fundamentals for a fun and engaging open play experience! Our safe, dynamic environment is the perfect place for children to explore, socialize and learn through play. Join us for a stimulating playtime experience that is sure to provide endless fun for your child. Mon - Thurs 9:00 - 2:00 & 3:30 - 5:30 Fri - Sat 9:00 - 2:00 Payment options: 1) Pre-pay online and show up anytime during our operating hours. 2) Walk-ins welcomed! Payment by cash or card will be accepted. 3) Sign up for a "Play Package" to have unlimited access to Open Play. Play Packages are located at the bottom of our main Service page. $47.99/mo for 1 child $75.99/mo for 2 children $99.99/mo for 3+ children $65 for 5 open play sessions *Children less than 12 months of age are free with a paid sibling. Requirements: 1) Signed waiver for all children and adults 2) Adults must accompany their child at all times 3) Socks are required 4) All food and drinks must remain and be consumed in the lobby space

Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT: Payment in full will be required online at the time of registration in order to secure your child’s enrollment. Walk ins are welcome! You will have the option to pay by cash or card onsite. LATE PAYMENTS: If fees are not received within 7 days of payment a fee of $10 will be added and an additional request will be sent. If fees are not paid 14 days from the original request for payment, you forfeit any scheduled sessions and no refunds or credits of previous payments will be offered. Should you fail to make payment after a service has been provided, you will be sent two payment reminders. Failure to make payment after this will result in the case being sent to a debt collection agency on our behalf and further charges will be added. ABSENCES & ILLNESS: No refunds or exchange of services will be offered if a child is sick and misses a session due to illness. If a child isn’t well enough to attend a session, we ask that they be kept home. If a child becomes ill during a session, we reserve the right to contact the parent/guardian and request immediate pickup. CANCELLATIONS & FACILITY CLOSURES: FUNdamentals reserves the right to cancel a session at any time due to unexpected circumstances. Small group sessions require a minimum of three attendees in order to run the group. The decision to cancel a group will be made at least three business days prior to the start date. If a class is canceled by FUNdamentals, a full refund will be given, or a second time and date will be offered. REFUND POLICY: Sessions purchased are non-refundable unless canceled by FUNdamentals, in which a full refund will be provided.
