Payment & Crediting

Payment of services
OPEN PLAY
Payment for open play sessions will be accepted by the following means:
-
Paid in full at the time of service - drop in client
-
Paid in full via our online booking system for a single session or a bundle of play sessions
-
Paid in full via our online booking system for monthly membership or small group sessions
SPECIALTY SMALL GROUPS
Registration and payment for all sessions can be done via our online booking system or in person. Payment in full will be required at the time of registration in order to secure your child’s enrollment.
Late payments
If funds are not received within 7 days of payment a fee of $10 will be added and an additional request will be sent. If funds are not paid 14 days from the original request for payment, you forfeit any scheduled sessions and no refunds or credits of previous payments will be offered. Should you fail to make payment after a service has been provided, you will be sent two payment reminders. Failure to make payment after this will result in the case being sent to a debt collection agency on our behalf and further charges will be added.
Insufficient Funds
A $25 fee will be charged for any declined or insufficient funds transactions.
Late pick up fees
Fundamentals, LLC reserves the right to charge a fee for late pick up. If a child is picked up late, the parent/guardian will be subject to an immediate charge of $5 per child. An additional $10 will be charged for every 15 minutes after the pick up time. If the parent/guardian is unable to pay the late fee at the time of pick up, a request for payment will be sent. Repeat late pick up will result in a child’s place being canceled without a refund for any remaining services.
Absences and Illness
No refunds or exchange of services will be offered if a child is sick and misses a session due to illness. If a child isn’t well enough to attend a session, we ask that they be kept home. If a child becomes ill during a session, we reserve the right to contact the parent/guardian and request immediate pickup.
Cancellations and Facility Closures
Fundamentals, LLC reserves the right to cancel a session at any time due to unexpected circumstances. If a class is canceled by Fundamentals, LLC, a full refund will be given, or a second time and date will be offered.
Refund Policy
Sessions purchased are non-refundable unless canceled by Fundamentals, LLC, in which a full refund will be provided.
